Wood Construction Inc. is owned and operated by father and son team Don and Mark Wood and was founded in 1968. Wood Construction Inc. has been a proud member of the
Greater Cedar Rapids Area Home Builders Association since 1979. Mark Wood served as
president of the HBA in 1995 and served on the board of directors for many years.
Mark received the Presidents Award in 1995, Builder of the
Year in 1996 and 2002. Wood Construction Inc. is also a six time
Parade of Homes winner!
Wood Construction Inc. has been involved with many community projects, events, & organizations and charitable fundraisers including Habitat for Humanity, the 1996 Olympic
Torch Run, Robins Planning and Zoning Board (Chairman), Linn Co. Board of Appeals (Board Member), and various other HBA
committees.
