2011 Parade of Homes Award Winner!
The 2011 Parade of Homes offered the opportunity to tour 29 new, quality-crafted homes
this year. Presented by the Greater Cedar Rapids Area
Home Builders Association, the Parade showcased the best of the best in
home building in the area. From craftsmanship, to the latest in design and
sustainable construction, this is your chance each year to get a first-hand look
at exceptional new construction homes.
The fall Parade of Homes is usually the last 2 weekends in September each year. Tickets can be purchased for $10 at the HBA Office (350 Miller Rd, Hiawatha, IA) or at any of the Parade homes, or get $1 off by purchasing your tickets at any area Casey's General Store.
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales have been donated to the Community Health Free Clinic in Cedar Rapids.
